ATTENTION ACTORS

It is important that we have your email address. Email anyone in our office and have the subject line read ENTER EMAIL. We are leaving our phone lines open for clients only. There is NO HOTLINE. We post background work on our web site only, but if you found this page you probably knew that. Thank you.

SAG MEMBERS

Are you interested in being considered for SAG extra work? If so, please email kathy@hayescasting.com and I will add you to our online database of generally available SAG extras. We use this database to send out notifications about upcoming SAG background work only (no principal roles). This is in place of the old SAG books, so no need to send in headshots anymore.

Please make sure that your database photos are up-to-date (less than one year old). See the notes below on how to update your information with us.

HOW TO CHECK IN OR UPDATE

Please remember that we need to have RECENT PHOTOS in our
database. Anything older than 1 year is considered outdated and cannot be submitted to our clients. If you haven’t had a new picture taken in the last year, please stop by our office during registration hours. We will take new photos of you (no charge) and update your record.

If you have a professional headshot that you’d like to add to your file, you can email it to us in jpeg format.  This is in addition to (not instead of) the digital snapshots that we take at our studio, and we only have room for one headshot per person.
Headshots can be emailed to headshots@hayescasting.com
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FILE SIZE IS NOT TOO LARGE

If you are a member of the Screen Actors Guild, AFTRA or Equity, email your availability to unioncheckin@hayescasting.com. If you are not a member of a union, email your availability to nonunioncheckin@hayescasting.com. Include your full name and phone number(s) in the email. Please be sure to keep us informed if you change union status, sign with a talent agent, or if your contact information changes.
